Thank you for shopping with CryptoExpress! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

1. Production Time
All products are made to order. Standard production time is **1 to 2 business days**. However, during high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a delay, we’ll do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped. Standard shipping takes **2 to 5 business days**, depending on your location.

3. Total Delivery Estimate
In total, you can expect your order to arrive within **3 to 7 business days** under normal conditions.

4. Tracking Information
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Carriers
We ship through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and product.

6. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned via email or our homepage banner.

7. Delays & Issues
While we work hard to deliver your order on time, unforeseen delays can happen. These may include production backups, carrier delays, or weather-related disruptions. We appreciate your patience and are always available to help via email.

9. Incorrect Address

If a customer’s shipping address is flagged as potentially incomplete or incorrect, we will send an address confirmation email to the customer.

  • For orders under $100 USD, if we do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, the order will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.
  • For orders over $100 USD, the order will be placed on hold or canceled at our discretion if address confirmation is not received within 72 hours.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery errors resulting from an address that was incorrectly or incompletely submitted by the customer at checkout.
